Jayce Jimmerson

Jayce Jimmerson is an Information Technology Specialist at Helios Education Foundation, where he provides technical support and maintains the Foundation’s core technology systems. In this role, he resolves hardware and software issues, implements IT solutions, and works directly with staff to address their daily technology needs. Alongside primary IT support, he also supports audiovisual systems and coordinates with external AV vendors to keep meeting spaces running reliably. 

Prior to joining Helios, Mr. Jimmerson worked as a Desktop Support Technician at Sprouts Farmers Market, providing end-user technical support, maintaining workstation hardware, and troubleshooting system issues. 

Mr. Jimmerson graduated with honors from Phoenix College, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. He holds CompTIA A+ and Dante Level 1 certifications and is currently pursuing CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications.
