Stacy L. Tucker serves on Helios Education Foundation’s executive team as its Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer where she works to ensure Helios’ financial strength, operational effectiveness, long-term sustainability, and alignment with its mission and values. She is responsible for the organization’s financial management, investment portfolio oversight, accounting and tax matters, human resources, information technology, administrative and Campus operations, and risk management.   

Ms. Tucker brings with her a depth of experience financial management and strategy, operational excellence and leadership, and transformation across non-profit, family office, corporate, and public accounting environments. Before her arrival at Helios, Ms. Tucker served as Vice President & CFO at the Flinn Foundation where she managed and oversaw the investment portfolio, finance and accounting functions including the annual audit and tax return preparation, legal matters, building operations, human resources, and information technology. Additionally, she worked as chief operating officer of a single-family office; at Bar-S Foods Co. where she was the director of taxation and played a significant role in the company’s acquisition; and began her career working at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the tax department. 

Ms. Tucker is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a master’s degree in business taxation from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of California, San Diego. She is on the Board of Trustees for Barrow Neurological Foundation where she serves as Treasurer, Chair of the Investment & Finance Committee and past Chair of the Grants and Audit Committees and is a Community Member on the Investment Committee of the Arizona Community Foundation.
